A corporate meditation class can be customized to your needs and schedule. Class size is up to you. The length of a session is approximately one hour. Sessions can be scheduled for once a week, twice a month, or any schedule that suits your organization.

An example five week program would consist of:

    • 5 minute breathing exercise to reduce stress
    • Basic sitting meditation practice

  • Week Three
    • Everyday mindfulness in 5 minutes or less
    • Mindfulness and interactions with others
    • Establishing a home practice

  • Week Four
    • Guided meditation and visualization
    • Active meditation
    • How to meditate when you don't have time
    • Advanced sitting practice
    • Questions and answers
  • Week Five
    • Review
    • Advanced breathwork
    • How to create your own meditation retreat
    • How to find more information
    • Guided meditation for insight
    • Questions and answers

Each of the five sessions last about an hour. Handouts are included. Attendees are led thru each meditation/breathwork practice. Email consultation for the five weeks is free.
